Contour area of undulation in PDB file

Dear Matlab user,

I'm trying to measure contour area (surface area) of
coordinates (x,y,z) in PDB file, which has coordinates of
undulated bilayer. Is it possible in Matlab? If so, could
you give me some tips on it?
