How to analze Canape graph in Matlab/Simulink

Hellow every one...
This is srinivas.I want to analyse Canape MDF's(offline) in Matlab.
Can any body help me out??

I am facing following problems right now:

1. How to call Vector Canape MDF into MATLAB?
2.After calling can i analyze the graph automatically ...
Ex:
in may canape if some signal has to exist for 5 msec only...then
Matlab has to analyze that signal and has to produce the result
saying pass or fail

can i do this ??

Please help me out....
