Sliding plot control

I am trying to make a plot that has a horizontal slider at the bottom
that can let you scroll through the data so the plot slides to right
if horizontal slider slides to left.

I am wondering if there is a play button control that can start an
animation of the plot, just like you see the paper strip coming out
of an ECG machine?
