FC5 and MatLab R14 error on AMD64

Hello,

Our server was configured with FC3 and MatLab R14 was working
flawlessly.

When I upgrade the server to FC5, MatLab R14 failed with the
following error message:

expr: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: connot open
shared object file: no such file or directory.
/bin/uname: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot
open shared object file: no such file or directory.

Sorry! We could not determine the machine architecture for your host.
Please contact: MathWorks Technical Support for further assistant.

I have tried several methods in this forum including disable SELINUX
and export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.6.16 and none of them seems to resolve
the issue.

If anyone have similar issue and can suggest a solution, it would be
greatly appreciated.

Regards,
.
