how to do "image line counting"

Hi...guyz...

I am doing paper about wrinkle detection for graduation..

I ve extracted wrinkle lines from images..

I need to count and measure length lines....

but..I dont know ways..

If someone knows about counting and measuring length from

image lines...plz help me , send me mail..^^
