number of clusters: CCC
hello,
I am interested in finding the optimum number of clusters in which i
should partition my dataset (i will use ISODATA clustering).
Looking for relevant literature i found several tests like the one of
beale (1969) and Sarle (1983). The latter one appears to be
interesting and it is called the "Cubic Clustering Criterion". Does
anyone know if matlab has a function, or from the user contributions,
that perform this test? (I have been looking for a while but i could
not find anything)
thanks,
jacob
