producing a simulink throgh s-function

I am a student in the last semester at university, as part of my senior
progect, I have developed two modules, RO module (PROCESS) &
MPC(CONTROLLER) module in matlab M-files .My qustion is how to produce
a simulink structure throgh s-function to allow MPC to control RO
