In the demos it shows the ability to choose in the fitting menu the
function you would like to use for fitting. When I go to fitting I
get no options. The only option I have is table options.

There should also be a "new fit" button on the top. If you click that you
can proceed to select a type of fit, "apply" it, and look at the results.
