Can I ask why you need to write it in C? It will take you a lot longer.

I would like to know if there are similar functions to imerode,
imdilate, imfill, bwlabel, regionprops, bwperim and bwselect or maybe
a library that includes them in a C language, because I need to
change all my program to this language and those functions are
