Difference results when calculating confidence intervals

Hi,

I'm looking to calculate confidence intervals for the means of some
data samples. I'm running into some confusion because I get differnt
results depending on whether I use normfit, ztest or multcompare.

Can anybody shed some light on why the outputs from these functions
would be different?
