Dear Vasjee,

Our company is in it's intial stages. The technology is being
evaluated by 4 patent attorneys'(mostly CALTECH and MIT grads) and I
should hear from them in 2-4 weeks. At that time, they will provide
me with the additional technology that will be required to file the
patent. The software to run the machine has not been developed (That
is were you come in). There are a total of 8 other people
involved directly with this project; one has been in medical imaging
for more than 30 years. The others are business people with deep
pockets. They see my work as being in alignment with the future of
medical imaging.

I am actively involved in four businesses at this time; they are in
different industries. I have spent the last 6 months devoted
primarily to research and development as well as market due
