Build executable from GUI which uses an existing DLL

Hi all

I want to make an executable files from a GUI.
This GUI uses an other DLL file, which controls a usb device.

Compiling the code using the "mcc" command results in a executable,
but it doesn't function properly: the usb device is not sending any
information.

Is it possible to compile the code in such a way that is functions
properly?

thanks a lot,

Robert.
