Auto-Decrypt inbound mail

Hi guys
Hope you are all well.
I'm quite new to this, so I was hoping that I could perhaps be pointed
in the right direction as to the kind of solution I am looking for.
Basically, I have a setup whereby inbound mail (from the internet) is
received by sendmail ran relays on Solaris, these then pass the mail
onto one of two places, either a Microsoft Exchange server or an Sun
Iplanet Messenger Server - all controlled obviously by the MX records.
What I need is the following:
1. Mail coming in (either bound for exchange or Iplanet) to go through
some kind of PGP server that will decrypt any encrypted messages
destined for a specific mailbox using our public key. It would need to
know which mail would need decrypting and which would not, it also
needs to do this automatically.
2. Encrypt mail going out, but not ALL mail.
3. Global - can be potentially utilised by all in the long run rather
than simply buying a client for a desktop, however the client is a
temporary option.
GnuPG will be used to encrypt the mail that will be coming into our
environment from the outside initially but this may change to other
flavours.
Can anybody give me any pointers? I'm doing my own research but thought
that I would post on here also in the hope of getting some tips!
I also posted this on alt.security.pgp
Thanks for any help you can provide guys
