I would start with a new or used old-people scooter and add servos to
control the throttle and steering controls.
This should save you hundreds of hours of work and you will have
something that has a charging system built into it and it can handle
200 lB of weight.

Mechanically inclined, not electrically engineer inclined needing to.
power a 100 lb t shirt shooting vehicle (AGV). Team already has 2 12
volt (small car battery) power sources and 8 in wheels. Notion is to
