Re: What is the state of Robotics Currently.

I want robots to keep updating themselves vid new CD Upgrades. And
basic shape and capacity needed are have 2 hands & legs one movie
sensor acting as eye. two microphones acting as ears. One outlet for
power (Batteries / Cable Power).

And whenever I get a new task I just speak in my native language it
lwearns the technique and shows me a demo. Say I ask it to clean my
clothes One day I supervise that it is working correctly giving more
hints. From next day it does it automatically.

I only need to supply Power (Food) AC voltage for an hour and it does
all the work without tiring. It also repairs itself with a guide book
and keep itself updates with new techniques by connecting to Internet.
Read important things to be done by me the next day. And so on.....

Plays football, Tenis, Basket Ball, Badminton. Just teach it once and
it learns for ever.

It just need to know how to keep its balance on its 2 feets and how to
hold and move things as well as how to lift different types of items.

Such a Robot may arrive in next 5 years.
