I use Nuance PDF Converter 3. It will convert just about any PDF file (even
scanned pages... goes into OCR mode) to a very workable RTF file. Much
better than the RTF export in Acrobat. Perfect? No. But I can rebuild a page
very quickly, often with only a few edits.
