Thank you all for your suggestions! Yes we have considered setting up
an FTP Site and I still think that is the ultimate Solution.
I beleive we have solved the problem for now though! It does have to do
with rich text format. I read some articles that I'm going to post
below. These articles explain the situation very well. After reading
them I changed my personal user settings to send plain text
emails...that did not fix the problem. Anyone on your server who you
are also sending the email to must be sending in plain text. So I then
had to get the IT guy to change our settings on the server and allow no
one to send RTF only Plain Text. Below are the articles:
