Minor Annoyances in QuarkXpress

A minor annoyance using Distiller

- in a PDF workflow using Acrobat 5.0

A QuarkXpress document with a picture or text box where the colour is set to
None or to 0% Black
This document prints fine.

A PDF is made of the document and then paginated into a final paginated
page. This document prints fine.

However, when attempting to Distill the final paginated page we encounter a
log file stating there's a stack image error and no PDF is created.

Is this a known bug in Distiller?
