Nero 6 - Multisession disk not to full capacity

This error comes up, when I try to burn more songs on this multisession
700MB CD-RW, with Nero Express (Nero 6).

"Unfortunately your multisession disc is now full. The remaining
free space of 6 MB on this disc is insufficient to write your
data of 8 MB.
Therefore this multisession backup cannot be
continued."

Even though, when I copy all the existing files on to the desktop, it
says it's total usage is 616MB. This has happened several times. It
gets really annoying, because then I have to copy all the songs on to
the desktop, erase the CD-RW, and burn it again. Please help fix this
problem.
