You already have one of my favorite programs for ripping - CDex! This little gem can rip to .wav, .mpe, .ogg, whatever you want. You can even copy the entire program folder to a flash drive and run it without installing on any Windows 2000 or better computer you want. Once you have ripped the tracks to .wav or .mp3 you can use any burner software to compile compilations. I would suggest deepburner portable version and
you can keep both software programs on your flash drive and rip and burn whereever you happen to be.
Yeah... I suppose the "software" aspect of making software music files is easy enough,
however I do not use a flash drive, or that purpose. .Mp3 is is not my goal. I want compilation discs of the original music cd type, which is .cda, that you buy as a new music cd in a store. This was done by selecting which tracks I want, simply directly copied to a blank recordable cd rom disc. Can't do it like I used to, as all the softwares I have that I can my hands on will only automatically start to make .wav files, for ****'s
sakes. Thanks.
