That IP address is dead. But it has two IPv4 addresses. Under
the address 204.152.184.138 it works OK.
So the result will depend on how your system handles a failure to
connect in the case where multiple addresses are present.
On the system where I tested it, it took a few seconds but then the
page appeared.
