NTP Server Please Help

I am running Fedora Core 5 and I want to
setup/configure an NTP (Network Time Protocol) server
in this machine so that all other workstation within
the network will have to synchronize to this server. I
dont know what to do.

If somebody can provide me a guide and a step by step
procedure, this would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Sincerely,
Reynaldo Tablada
