Asynchronous window negotiation in CStore service

Hi Everyone
I am using Asynchronous window negotiation to improve network
utilization for my CStore service. I have few doubts if anyone could
address:
a) I can set invoke and perform to 0, 0 which is the unlimited invoke
and perform supported or requested, for synchronous operations it is
set to 1, 1. Is there any optimal value for invoke and perform which I
should set to get the best network performance in asynchronous mode ?
or these values should be set to 0, 0 always ?
b) If I set invoke and perform to 0, 0 CStore SCU starts transferring
the data without actually waiting for response from CStore SCP( during
this time it shows very good network utilization ), but once it is
finished with transfer of data it starts waiting for all the responses
from server( during this time the network utilization falls to almost 0
). As per my understanding CStore operation is not complete till CStore
SCU is getting response. Till it is getting responses it is using the
network, so effective time CStore SCU used the network is actually data
transfer time + response waiting time, which results in drop of average
network utilization.
Should I consider only data transfer time or response waiting time also
?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Bimalendu
