The bottom right corner has the pattern, but all corners can resize [at

I think you are describing the Elements Organizer. The others are
describing the Elements editor.
Wayne -- you are absolutely right! Organizer and Elements both have the
stipple in the lower right on their 'mac-style' gui, but while Orgainzer
can be resized on all four corners, Elements can only be resized on the
stipple. More high quality programming and QA for this Nth generation
product. Let's try hard to make it not use the windows appearance settings
AND make sure the two products on the disk don't even behave like each
other.
And people think Gates is bad.
