My old Epson Stylus Photo 810 has finally failed (beyond repair) and I need
to replace it. The SSC service utility allowed me to refill inks and reset

Utility to reset the counters.
Ditch all that crap and get a printer that will print what you want with
quality and use OEM ink for best results.
I no longer need the full colour range so a 3 colour + black will do. HP.
and others have the print head in the cartridge and don't respond well to
refilling. Can anyone suggest a cost effective replacement (cost effective
means I can afford it on my somewhat devalued pension). I am considering all
manufacturers.
