My HP 6MP LaserJet is just about ready to end its life. I use it for
printing checks (priority tray) and junk stuff like invoices (main
tray). I do have a good color laser printer (Ricoh) for my important
documents.
I need an inexpensive monochrome laser printer that will hold more
than 10 pages in its priority tray. Priority tray is a must .. it is
what I am used to and do not want to change. HP brand is preferred but
not essential. Thanks!

If you want HP, a great little printer is the LJ P2015dn. It's fast, has a
network connection, and does auto double-sided. The priority tray holds
up to 50 pages. I have one and love it. Check the user reviews at
Newegg and you'll see that 92% rate it good to excellent. It comes
with 32 MB, but for about $20 you can get a Kingston 256 MB DIMM
to bring it up to 288 MB. The going price for this printer is $400 or less.
