Hello
I have a Canon Pixma iP4300. I never used original inks, apart from
the starting kit.
This printer has 2 black ink tanks: CLI-8BK (small), PGI-5BK (bigger).
The problem I'm having since a few weeks is that the black text in
often lacking some parts.
Of course I've tried a few times the accurate cleaning process from
the control panel, but no good result.
Some time ago I used to refill both black tanks with syringe and compatible black ink, than the troubles started so I just replaced the
tanks with compatible ones, adding the original chip.
The print remains faulty anyway.
Any help??

That's what happens when you use cheap and nasty ink.

That is simply not true.

Happened to me
once with a printer so never again will I use the grey market ink. The
nasty shit clogged the heads and I had only owned the printer for less
than six months. In the garbage it went.

Oem inks are quite capable of clogging any printer. A clogged head can also be effectively cleaned.

I know ink is a big rip off but
that is why I use a B&W Laser printer for most stuff and inkjet photo
printer for just photos and nothing else. Laser is far cheaper to run
than inkjet. Been on the toner drum it came with for almost 2 years now
and the drums they come with are only half size. I have a new full size
drum to put in and that should last me close to 4 years and will never
get clogged heads from dried up ink.
