This is the first time I have tried to scan on it. It's fairly new to me.
Printing and copying works fine. I get a message on the printer unit
screen saying .. Downloading Application List..
On my screen I get the message ...Scan was not successful .. with several
option e.g restart. None of the options work.
They on the printer screen it says ..Cannot retrieve application list.

Any ideas?
