Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can help.
Have a DX4050 which has been fine for about 10 months and had no
problems; using Epson cartridges and generally haven't done anything to
it.
Got a error message a week ago via the usual flshing light setup that
the sponge was saturated and to take it back to the dealer; took it back
to PC world who replaced it with one / repaired it and picked it up
today.
This is my question; that error message has now been replaced with the
low ink light doing what is best described as a double flash; the
diagnostic tool to show which cartridge is empty doesn't incicate any of
the cartridges as being empty and shaking the cartridges (for the want
of anything else to do) seems to suggest they still have ink in.
Has anyone had a similar error; I've done some searching, but no joy.
Since i just got it today, i'm tempted to take it back in a strop, but
wanted to get a second opinion first. I'd appreciate any feedback!
