I'm wondering what experiences people have using various photo papers in the ip4200. Fuji Photo Plus is availeable locally to me quite a bit cheaper than Canon's paper. Anyone's experience is welcome, please do tell!
Costco/Kirkland Full *** Photo Glossy (may be Ilford) does almost as good as Canon Photo Paper Pro for about 125 8.5x11 sheets for $18.95.
I also would like to know if there are any archival inks availeable for this printer to rival Canon's own.
Absolutely non that will last as long, look as good and will not clog your printer.
It's looking to me like Epson really has the best refill inks availeable for it
Only if you want to clog the Epson.
but sadly I bought before I read. Also, I'm interested in Canadian ink suppliers if anyone knows of any good ones.
Stick with Canon ink. Also I saw Ilford Gallerie Pearl on an Epson and it looks great. It is not a matte but does have a low lustre glow to it. I think is would also look good with Canon ink.
Thanks everyone..
