I think this printer only has one sensor, so you are probably correct. Theto
sensor or the PCB has a problem.
Is the printer in warranty? If so call Canon or your supplier and get them
replace/repair the printer.
Good luck
Tony
yes it is on warranty,my supplier is 50 miles away...
i googled a little, and there are other people who had the same problem.
in one review of this printher they say that this problem accures abouth 4
months after purchasing printer(i bought my 5 months ago) and that it can
be fixed, but they do not say how....
one of the people said that after 4 months he had the same problem so he
called technical services and they basically thold him "bad luck" so he had
to bay a new one...
i downloaded service toll for this printer do u know what will happen if i
clear eep-rom???
will that help???
