he does not use canon ink therefore he is not really using a 100 percent canon printer. he is using a generic printer [edited]
I think Canon makes great generic printers. ;-)
I have a generic i860, a generic iP4000, and a smashingly generic iP5000. But I *insist* on using HobbiColors OEM ink with them.
