Yes, if used on the wrong paper. The question was with using "plain papers" and Epson pigment inks used on bond papers or proper papers (non-glossy in most cases) should hold well, as they are both waterproof and they use a resin similar to aryclic plastics as used in acrylic paints to adhere them. They are susceptible to scratching on hard surfaced paper.

Yes, the Durabrite Epson inks if you are speaking of color, sicn ethey are all pigment. Or both HP and Canon provide some prinetrs using pigment black inks.
