problem with NETGEAR PS121 USB print server

I just purchased a NETGEAR PS121 USB print server for the Canon ImageClass
D660 laser printer for my home network. The Print Server Setup Wizard seems
to installed ok except for the last step to print a test page. Nothing, no
print output although the test page is in queue. My Canon has been working
great as directly connected to my computer via USB for the last two years
until I purchased the NETGEAR print server. Anyone has suggestions as how to
make this two devices work together?

Anyone knows what print server works with the Canon ImageClass?
