HP officejet 635
I have an officejet 635 that does not scan or fax. I get a constant
error message to "close scanner cover"
The scanner cover is as closed as my 200 lb can make it.
Anyone have a suggestion on what to do? I have followed advice on HP
wep page thread, and accomplished nothing.
