Photosmart prints blank right side

For some reason now whenever I print to my HP Photosmart 7350 it gives me a
error message saying the photo tray is engaged when it actually is not and
when I hit OK and proceed to print it only prints the left side of a page.
The left side will have the words or the left side of a photo and the right
side is blank, cutting off the text or photo

Any ideas on why this is happening and how do I resolve this???

(cartridges are full and this doesn't happen to my 4x6 prints)
