Help - VxWorks Launcher not starting (Tornado/Vxworks 5.5.x)

I am using Tornado/VxWorks 5.5.x ... running on the computer and
recently moved the machine to a new location (new IP address etc).

Now when I type launch at the Unix prompt nothing happens. launch just
seems to hang ... it does not help that launch does not seem to have a
verbose mode so I have no idea why the tornado launcher is not
working ...
