windowed command prompt question

I use the "OS/2 Window" program object a lot for text-mode programs. I
really like how OS/2 replaces "OS/2 Window" in the title bar with the
name of the executable file.

But let's say I create a program object and call it "OS/2 Big Window"
and place "/K MODE CO132,50" in the Parameters field of the program
object. Now the title bar remains as "OS/2 Big Window" regardless of
the name of the executable file that I'm running. Is there some way
to create a program object that will start a VIO command prompt in a
non-default size window while retaining the ability to have the
titlebar updated with the name of the executable file?
