That's the command I used on my MacBook to setup several depending on which
monitor I'm using: the MacBook's 1280x800 or my desktop's 1680x1050.

WRT mouse integration, I gave up on it. I had problems with the pointer
image jumping to the top of the VM's window, and worse, the scrollwheel
wasn't supported. Since I almost always work in full-screen mode, the
attempt at integration didn't buy me much anyway.
