What version of eCS do you have? The time changing utility was left
out of eCS 2.0 (not sure if it was in 1.2 or not, it's been a while)
because the author dropped support and asked that it be removed.
There is a new app by Alex Taylor that you have to install. I presume
that the 2.0 GA will have it automatically. Or you can continue to
just use Time868.
This is actually still a W4 system, but for some 10+ years I'm running
Tim868 on it, which then took care of the switch on its next run, when
the local time differed from the reference server's.
So far I never actually witnessed or paid attention to what was (not)
happening right about the transition time and my mistake was, that I
came to believe, that the OS itself would already be smart enough,
having the required logic built in and able to do it on its own.
