Multimedia install is toast

I tried a ECS 1.2R multimedia install, but it failed to complete on the
reboot. The I:\MMOS2\MEDIAFLD\BIN\PHASE2MM.CMD failed to run
because the the file is not there. Is there any suggestion on
how to recover and make it work? Thanks.
