If you have some idea what the file content was, you could left dfsee do a
content search for you.
Several mpg videos. I saw the port of photorec but it doesn't work with
real disks yet and I don't have enough space to create an image of the
partition with the lost files.
Is there anything I can do? Note that I deleted the *directory* that
contained the files, not the files themselves.
As Lars noted, the files were deleted too. How did you delete the files
and do you have the eWP Trashcan or something similar enabled?
I do have the trash can enabled but I deleted the directory from my copy
of the F file manager.
