By the way, does flashwin.dll need to be unxlited before the patch can be applied to it ?

Err, there also exists a flash7b.zip that does not contain a file with name flashwin.dll.
Never heard of it. What little I could learn from a Google search
was that it didn't work for those who had tried it. If it works for
you, that's good - but you'll have to develop your own patch because
this one is targeted at the well known flash7a.zip. For details on
what needs to be fixed, check the mozilla group.
