"Kiev Video" Is this what os2.kiev.ua/en calls "Warp Overlay?"
Warp Overlay is a driver that accelerates the playing of videos. You're looking for WarpVision. The most recent version of it is on the Netlabs FTP server, here:
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/wvgui_latest_latest.zip
I'd recommend getting Warp Overlay too, as it does work quite well and decreases the CPU load a great deal when playing videos.
If you have Odin installed, be sure to also pick up the Windows codecs here: ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/wincodecs/wincodecs_new.zip and update your SYSTEM.INI with this: ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/wincodecs/system.ini
With that, you'll be able to play just about any kind of video.
"z!" I can't find this anywhere. What is it? Who made it?
It's an MP3 player. I use the MM Audio Pack for this instead: http://r6.ca/MMAudioPak/
This works quite well for me and integrates directly into the WPS and all OS/2 applications that use the multimedia interface.
Z is available here: http://www.dink.org/z/
"Lotus Smartsuite ME 9.2" This is a commercial product but purchase of it is confusing.
As Bob pointed out, this is not an OS/2 version. If you want a freebie, get OpenOffice. Otherwise try to find v1.7 for OS/2.
