Application Recommendations - Part 2

Several weeks ago, I posted a request for recommendations on various
applications. Note: I buy very little software and very few updates
because I'm short of cash. Thus, WordPerfect 6 Suite and Microsoft
Office (Word 6) will have to do. Updates would be a couple hundred $$.
I occasionally have problems converting documents created with newer
versions of Word but otherwise they suit my needs.
The response was overwhelming - about 2 dozen applications. Thank you.
I've been able to download or locate most of them but here are some
difficulties:
"DeScribe", "DeScribe Voyager 5 for OS/2". I can only find it on
Norloff's BBS, and can't get the hang of downloading it.
"Kiev Video" Is this what os2.kiev.ua/en calls "Warp Overlay?"
"z!" I can't find this anywhere. What is it? Who made it?
"Lotus Smartsuite ME 9.2" This is a commercial product but purchase of
it is confusing. If I do a Google search, I get many places that sell
it for about $32. I haven't heard of any of these places. If I go to
places I know, such as IBM or Mensys, the price jumps to about $281.
Is this the same product?
I'm presently reading the February 1995 issue of OS/2 Professional.
Its very interesting to see ads and discussions of these products.
This issue includes reviews of Clearlook and Mesa/2!
