>From what I've seen, if you add SET SHELLHANDLESINC=n to config.sys and reboot
then it adds 'n' handles to the default number allocated to pmshell. This seems
to in turn be inherited by child processes and can be used to increase the
number of handles available to things that don't increase it themselves.
