When saving as TIFF, it is a RAW converter, not just a viewer :-)

There is at least one port of the leading open-source RAW converter
called DCRAW for OS/2, and there even is a front-end GUI program:

Not sure if the download include the DCRAW stuff too, it may be integrated ...
