No problem shutting down the browser. I have occasional problems starting the
browser and occasional stops (3-5 sec) of the entire WPS here, but this seems
to be unrelated to BOINC or mozilla. Though with BOINC set to idle mode, the
hangs become shorter (not less frequent though).

I still wish to be able to set BOINC and all child processes (two on this
dual Opteron) to idle - for AudioCDCreator and PMView to be able to do their
tasks (in idle mode) again.
