Yes..and I have WordPro and I know it!

As an option, I could help with a really easy-to-handle LaTeX file
using Markus Kohm's KomaScript package AFAIR. This way I've managed to
concatenate several scanned certificates, with minimal waste of bytes
and quite feasible PDF output. As an alternative, LaTeX offers easily
to imbed the pics into a non-empty page style.
