I noticed yesterday that my Inbox on PMMail was getting more than the usual

X_Bogosity line that is added by bogofilter. On opening a command window and
trying to run *any* REXX command file resulted in zilch.

POPUPOS2 has lots of:
08-20-2006 17:57:23 SYS3175 PID 014e TID 0001 Slot 00a0
...
REXX.DLL 0001:00084b50

rexx.dll is 491299 2001/03/06 08:59:00, ECS 1.15

There have been many reports that Object REXX seems to be badly broken in
FixPak 5 (and possibly before). From what I've heard, IBM seems
disinclined to fix it.
